There had been a lot of study conducted related sleep quality on cancer patient yet there had been no large studied conducted on prevalence and nature of significant sleep disorder in hematological malignancy patients in Malaysia. It was not known which types of patients were more likely to had significant problems and whether there was a relationship between sleep disturbances and demographic characteristics, typed of cancer, extent of disease, or typed of treatment. Therefore, researcher had decided to carry out this study at hematology department among Acute Leukemia patient.
