El Dr. Michael Reynolds se unió a la División de Educación de las Oficinas Internacionales de la Iglesia de Dios como director de Desarrollo Ministerial y director del proyecto de la Iniciativa Lily en octubre de 2018. El Dr. Reynolds ha servido como profesor asociado de Ministerios Cristianos en Trinity College y como profesor adjunto de Teología Pastoral en Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. También sirvió como director ejecutivo y decano asociado de la Universidad Trinity International en el Campus Regional del Sur de Chicago en Dolton, IL. Sirvió como pastor principal en la Iglesia de Dios New Life Celebration en Dolton, IL, desde 1992 hasta 2020. La iglesia ha plantado ocho iglesias y tiene una escuela primaria que recibe a niños de la comunidad desde preescolar hasta octavo grado.
