As well as being a long-time historian and researcher of the fifteenth century, Ashley Wood has an organic farm in Cornwall on which, with his wife Hilary, he rears cattle. A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, his other interests are promoting Cornish food and drink alongside environmental and climate issues.
