Autorenporträt
One of Sherrika Myers' best accomplishments of all was becoming a grandmother. But having a grandchild with the same speech impediment that she was so familiar with herself growing up was a challenge. Sherrikka wants to share her journey of going through school while dealing with this speech impediment and overcoming her fear. She wants her stories to inspire all kids and let them know that it doesn't matter what people say about you, it doesn't matter if you are laughed at, and it doesn't matter how long it may take you to say something-at the end of the day, your voice matters just as much as everyone else's. Sherrika Myers is a life coach, a national speaker, the founder of Every 1 Voice Matters, the creator of Lil Herbie the Anti-Bullying Mascot and the Lil Herbie Series, and co-author of Herbie's New Home.
