Faced with the inexorable advance of globalisation, the neighbourhood stands as one of the last bastions, as a generator of small-scale resistance.Today, the neighbourhood is one of the territorial references of identity belonging where non-virtual and face-to-face interpersonal ties still resist, and raises the possibility of rebuilding a common heritage. This is what an experience in the Los Cisnes neighbourhood in the city of Resistencia shows us, where a group of neighbours, faced with the new forms of urban coexistence that are taking place in the city, decided to give a meaning to living in the neighbourhood.Through research work we will try to get an idea of how they generated an identity and a neighbourhood heritage from their spaces and ways of living.
