Dr. Victor Ogheneochuko Jeko holds a Ph.D from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. He is currently working with the Nigerian Prisons Service. His areas of specialization and interest include Social and Political Philosophy, Contemporary Ethical Theory and Contemporary African Philosophy.
