Hernán Arsenio Pérez González (born 25 February 1989) is a Paraguayan footballer who plays as a right midfielder. Pérez started in the youth divisions of Ytororó and Cristóbal Colón before being signed by first division club Tacuary, where he made his professional debut in 2007. After making a good impression in the Paraguayan first division at his young age, he was signed by Club Libertad. On 30 July 2009 Villarreal C.F. bought from Club Libertad de Paraguay the striker, the young player signed with the Spanish club until June 2014.
