As he galivants around the city recruiting underwhelming, lack luster, but willing heroes, he realizes someone has beat him to the punch. Someone is kidnapping the names higher ranking on his list. Franchise and Loner's paths intersect as they both try to get back what someone else has taken. They soon realize, the threat is much more than anyone had anticipated.
