Motivation is an inner drive that prompts individuals to work to achieve organizational set targtes. Autorenporträt
Sisto Otim Oywak is born on 28 April 1972 in Owinykibul, South Sudan. He holds BA from Urbanian University Rome, MA in Educational Management of Makerere University, and currently pursuing a PhD Candidate in Educational Leadership at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. He worked for various national and international organizations.
