Joan Leslie currently resides in New York City where she attends the Emmanuel Seventh-day Adventist Church in the Bronx, and she is a teacher at the Oakview Preparatory School of Seventh-day Adventists. She graduated with a master's degree in early childhood education from Herbert Lehman College in 2017. Her favorite thing to do in her spare time is to read and she loves to collect quotations to inspire and encourage.
