Steve Austin was a writer, coach, podcaster, and former pastor whose work was featured in USA Today, Huffington Post, The Mighty, and other outlets. Austin died by suicide in 2021 after a long struggle with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Before his death, he had become a leading voice at the intersection of faith and mental health. Austin is survived by his wife and two kids.
