The design of high speed with low power consumption has become one of the greatest challenges in high-performance VLSI design. The Multiply-Accumulate Unit (MAC) is the main computational kernel in DIP and DSP architectures. In this work, a fast and low power MAC Unit is proposed and the design is used for video animation.
