Randy Hendricks is an Assistant Professor in the Doctor of Education Program at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor located in Belton, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and both his Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Tarleton State University.
