David A. Shore, PhD, is an Associate Dean at the Harvard School of Public Health. He founded and directs the School's Forces of Change and Project Management in Health Care Programs. His most recent books are The Trust Prescription for Healthcare: Building Your Reputation with Consumers, and The Trust Crisis in Healthcare: Causes, Consequences, and Cures (Oxford University Press). Eric D. Kupferberg, PhD, is the Senior Assistant Dean of Academic and Faculty Affairs at Northeastern University's College of Professional Studies, where he directs the Masters of Science in Regulatory Affairs of Drugs, Biologics, and Medical Devices. Dr. Kupferberg is also the Associate Director of Harvard School of Public Health's Trust Initiative.
