Dr. Eethar Thanon Dawood hat 1998 seinen Bachelor in Bauingenieurwesen an der Universität Mosul abgeschlossen. Er arbeitete als Ausbilder und studierte dann von 2002-2005 einen MSc. in Baumaterialien. Er arbeitete als Dozent an der Technischen Hochschule von Mosul. Von 2008-2011 schloss er seine Doktorarbeit an der USM ab und veröffentlichte mehr als 40 Arbeiten.
