Higy Fung is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 500 with the Yoga Alliance. She trained with renowned yoga masters in America, Australia and England; focusing on body alignment, precision of movement, and therapeutic yoga. Currently, Higy teaches workshops and classes with thematic emphases on stretching the body and mind to achieve long term healing through self love and uses her amateur dance background to bring holistic healing into her teaching through dance, art and movement therapies. She has degrees in Translation and Interpretation, and in Cultural and Literary Studies, which help her communicate with students from widely varied backgrounds in the vibrant community of Hong Kong that she lives in.
