Higher education at the agricultural level is considered a source for the training and development of a professional in this specialty. Therefore, it is necessary that institutions at this level have an educational model that presents a vision and a theoretical construction in the epistemological, philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and didactic order, which guarantees an effective teaching-learning process relevant to the socio-political, economic and cultural reality, as seen in the models of the National University of Agriculture of Honduras and the National Agrarian University La Molina of Peru.
