Capital Ltd. which is comprised of corporate finance and management consultants, merchant bankers, commercial and investment bankers. Formally educated in New Mexico where he now resides, Lovato has founded and financed both privately and publically, developed several nationally recognized companies ranging from local financial firms to integrated travel, publishing, print and electronic communications-related businesses.
