Upstream this is a rich literature review demonstrating exhaustive tenets about PPP by numerous authors. These existing gaps make up the strata, epicenter and problem of this study. The statement of the problem focuses on a paradox: effectiveness of PowerPoint Projection in Teaching/Learning in Higher Technical Teachers¿ Training College Kumba and the controversy in opinions whether or not it should be prescribed in the curricular of denoted institution. The instrument for measurement is a well refined five points Likert scale research questions with closed questions, transcribed summarily into general and specific hypotheses.
