According to the global incidence, between 2 and 75% of patients with ICH present hip dislocation or subluxation. Statistics on hip dislocation in patients with ICH are scarce in our country, Ecuador, with incidence at 5 years of age when they have the gait pattern, in the coastal region and as a reference the city of Guayaquil is presented in a smaller number of cases. In our study we can see that the incidence is respected, according to sex there is a high incidence with a percentage of 56% in the female sex, while the male sex has a percentage of 44% incidence. METHODOLOGICAL DESIGN; our study is retrospective, carried out at the HOSPITAL DEL NIÑO DR. FRANCISCO DE ICAZA BUSTAMANTE from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2018.
