Kwadwo A. Atta MBA, PMP is a civil engineer by profession and works for one of the leading engineering consulting firms in the United States. He has also had the opportunity of working faithfully in ministry over the last 25 years under his pastor. His loyalty and faithful service to his pastor over this period forms the foundation for this book. From this vantage position, he has studied and witnessed most factors that either promote or inhibit church growth. He is a highly sought-after speaker on leadership and effective church systems, and has contributed to the re-visioning and effective growth of multiple churches. He is also the lead strategist at S5Consult, an organization that focuses on utilizing structure, systems, strategy, support, and synergy to increase the effectiveness of organizations. Kwadwo lives in Atlanta with his wife Eno, and their two children.
