Logan remains a big guy and plays both football and hockey in high school. The biggest problem he has is that he has fallen in love with Katelyn but she only needs him as a protector and a tutor. Otherwise, she pretty much ignores him. After their junior year in high school, Logan lost all his excess weight. He is now a six-foot-four-inch stud. Katelyn helps him get to this point by jogging with him in the morning and they become good friends again. Eventually, that friendship blossoms into a romance that is intense and very sexual. Unfortunately, Katelyn has a serious sex addiction problem. After Logan is cheated on one too many times, they go their separate ways. Katelyn goes to a big party school, while Logan goes to his dream college on a full-ride scholarship to MIT. He becomes an expert in computer programming and writes several programs he sells for millions of dollars. He relocates and Katelyn and him are almost across the country from each other. Until one day Logan spots Katelyn in a hotel lobby where she is attending a nursing seminar. Lunch turns to dinner and dinner turns to a whole lot more in this steamy romance.
