Deborah Osterberg volunteers at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, where she shares the early resort-era history of Big Trees Grove. While obtaining a degree in history and geography at CSU Chico, Deborah began working for the National Park Service at Yellowstone and Sequoia-Kings Canyon National Parks. After sixteen years working at national parks around the country, she moved back to the Bay Area to assist researchers at the National Archives at San Francisco. Deborah now lives in Bonny Doon.
