Salisu Bala was born in 1969. He holds a Bachelors degree in Arabic/History from Bayero University Kano in 1996, a Masters Degree in History from the famous Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria in 2007. He has also enrolled into PhD program in History with the same University since 2008.
