Nasirov Otabek Nazirjanovich é natural da região de Tashkent, no Uzbequistão. Trabalha na Universidade Pedagógica Estatal de Chirchik. É autor de 66 trabalhos científicos, dos quais 60 artigos em revistas científicas, 5 manuais de metodologia científica e 1 monografia foram publicados.
