In the current context, it is necessary to deepen the studies carried out on the history of pre-university education in Cuba, mainly when it comes to the revolutionary stage and the educational imprint in the region, territory or locality. In this sense, a systematized analysis of pre-university education in Las Tunas has not existed in depth, precisely that aspect constitutes the objective of the present research: to value in an integral way the process of emergence and development of pre-university education in Las Tunas from 1971 to 1985.
