Born on 28.12.1955 in Leninakan in the family of a serviceman. At the age of 18 a researcher at the Museum of History and Regional Studies in Kirovabad. Graduated from the Faculty of History of KSU. 1984 - Speaker of Tatar Radio. 1985 - 1999 - Head of the laboratory of the leading workers in the sphere of education. - Head of the Laboratory of Leading Educators of the Republic of Tatarstan. 2000 - 2018 - Associate Professor at KFU.
