HIV/AIDS has remained a recurring decimal across the globe. This book is based on a study using parsimony analysis which gives an insight on how HIV/AIDS should be managed in the Security Forces. The strategy adopted in controlling the spread of "swine flu" (H1N1) is herein recommended. This book is useful to economists, policy makers, researchers, project implementers, social workers.

Olukemi O. Asemota holds a PhD in Human Resources Management, and M Sc. in Industrial/Organisational Psychology. She is a Chartered Human Resources Practitioner and a People Manager. She was a Senior Lecturer of Human Resources at the Polytechnic of Namibia and currently an independent researcher and consultant.
