Under this name she went on to be one of the bomb vessels involved in the attack on Fort McHenry in the Battle of Baltimore during the War of 1812. In this action she was commanded by David Price. Along with her were other bomb vessels and a Congreve rocket vessel, HMS Erebus. The entire fleet consisted of 19 vessels, and launched over 1500 bombs during the attack, killing four Americans and wounding 24.
