Every parent needs some inspiration now and then. Parenting young children is like exercise. It couples great satisfaction with exhausting effort. Hold Mine Hand is a sorely needed parenting companion that delves deep into the hearts and minds of three young boys. Author Tom Smith opens his personal journals and shares hundreds of his sons' quotes to reveal what they consider most important: parents, family, God, grandparents, and friends. Tom adds poignant commentary and context to a book designed to affirm and inspire parents of young children. Hold Mine Hand invites you into the lives of the Smith family. You will share in the real thoughts and feelings of three brothers trying to grow up in a very complex and difficult world. By revealing what Tom's children think and feel, you will be encouraged to truly listen for what is most important to your own "little ones" and then act on what you hear. Often funny and sometimes tragic, Hold Mine Hand applies fresh and unforgettable insights to everyday parenting and life.
