Roland Boyce has served in Campus and pastoral ministry for over fifty years. He is a Pastor, author, marriage counselor, composer, stand-up comedian, and thespian. He is considered a true pastor-shepherd by the seven congregations he has served. He has authored, The Drive Through Devotional (A Daily Guide for People in a Hurry); Issues and Answers (A Guide to Contemporary Issues from a biblical perspective for parents and children). He has co-authored The School of Prayer and Standing Firm in Christ (A Treatise on Spiritual Warfare), commissioned by his denomination, The Evangelical Covenant Church. He is currently editing three fictional novels. In 2005, he was commissioned by his Conference Superintendent to author a work on the pastorate based on long tenure as a Senior Pastor. The Ultimate Calling (The Perils and Privileges of the Pastorate) is designed to help both those contemplating and already active in ministry to understand the many facets of their calling.
