Now in mass market, Joseph Wambaugh, 'master of the modern police novel' (Michael Connelly) and author of the bestsellers Hollywood Station and Hollywood Crows, is back with another gripping novel about the LAPD. Dana Vaughn and 'Hollywood' Nate Weiss are investigating a series of attacks on women, while Flotsam and Jetsam persue who they think are mere petty criminals. No one suspects that they might be involved in something bigger, more high-tech, and much more illegal.
