This study was designed to investigate the level of satisfaction of women living in Shelter Home that whether they are satisfied with their services or not. Marginalized women who left their homes due to domestic violence, forced marriages and step parents were the target population and were selected by using purposive sampling technique. The researcher used the qualitative research design where case study method was used to analyze the data. This book is divided into six chapters. First chapter is Introduction in which background of study, statement of the problem, objectives and significance of the research is written. Second chapter is Review of literature, in which the previous researches from the area of women discrimination, shelter homes and their services are documented. In third chapter, conceptual and operational definitions are mentioned. After the definitions, methodology are explained in detail. Detailed qualitative analysis is given in the fifth chapter. In last chapter conclusion is drawn with some recommendations.

Yasir Saeed & M. Shoaib are Lecturers at Department of Sociology, University of Gujrat (UoG). Mr Yasir earned his M. Phil degree in Sociology and BS (Hons) in Social Sciences from Punjab University, Pakistan. Mr Shoiab did his Masters in Sociology from Punjab University, Pakistan. Rehan Ilyas did his Masters in Sociology recently from UoG.
