Julie Andrews is one of the most recognised and beloved figures in the entertainment industry. Julie's autobiography Home: A Memoir of My Early Year was an international bestseller in 2008. In 2000 the title of Dame Commander of the British Empire was bestowed upon her by Queen Elizabeth II for lifetime achievements in the arts and humanities. She was married to film director Blake Edwards for forty-one years, and the couple have five children, ten grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Home Work is co-authored with Julie's daughter, Emma Walton Hamilton, with whom she has written over 30 books for children and young adults.
