Her children were the sole purpose in writing this delightful book. It is a reflection of a lot of children as they use their imaginations to their fullest during 'play time'. Donna grew up in the northeastern part of the U.S. and was familiar with some of the harsh winters there which as a result her children would have to play indoors, except for sledding or building an occasional snowman in the backyard.
