JR Hataway (Dead Society Poet) spends most of his time as a boat captain on the inland rivers of the United States. He found a love for poetry and prose after discovering the works of Jim Harrison, Charles Bukowski, and Dylan Thomas along with many others. When not on the water you can find him somewhere along the backroads of Alabama with his dog, Petey.
