Dawn Brookes is an award winning indie author who writes cosy crime mysteries. She won the Readers' Favorite Gold Medal Award for crime fiction and had the book reviewed by Wind Dancer Films in the USA. She holds an MA in Creative Writing with Distinction from the University of Derby. Dawn has found her niche writing clean crime, selling over 280,000 novels across three series in multiple formats including audiobooks. She has been approached by a number of book publishers but has so far stuck with the 'proud to be indie' approach. Dawn wrote the first book in her Rachel Prince Mystery series in 2018 and hasn't looked back since.
