Autorenporträt
Margaret studied Agriculture and food science, worked in the food industry for years in quality management. Was made redundant in 2009 and went down the path of growing my own food and began rearing pigs and poultry. Honky was born on my smallholding and a large percentage of the story is true. I relocated from north Meath (where the story is based) to South Wexford four years ago and where Honky sadly died.
