Muhammad Bilawal Khaskheli was born in a small town named Kamber Ali Khan, a rural area of district Kamber Shahdadkot, Kamber, Pakistan, from 2014 to 2019; he came to Zhejiang University Hangzhou, China and completed his LL.M. and Ph.D. In Chinese law at full Chinese Government Scholarship.
