Beginning her career as a Division I college basketball coach, she began to hone her coaching muscle. In every position she has held, she has been able to weave coaching throughout every interaction. She has worked in the education world, the non-profit sector, retail, healthcare, telecommunications, consulting, and entrepreneurship.
