JACK THORNE is an award-winning writer for television, film, theatre and radio. His previous plays include Bunny (Fringe First Award 2010), 2nd May 1997 (Bush Theatre), Mydidae (Soho Theatre and Trafalgar Studios) and the award-winning adaptation of John Ajvide Lindqvist's Let the Right One In (Royal Court and Apollo Theatre). His work for television includes cultural phenomenon Skins, and the BAFTA-winning series This is England, The Fades and Glue. On winning the Best British Newcomer Award at the London BFI Film Festival 2009 for The Scouting Book for Boys, he was acclaimed by the jury as 'a poetic writer with end-of-the-world imagination and a real gift for storytelling.'
