That is why the best option is the digitalization of the health information system.This research made it possible to determine the results and implications of the implementation of the HIS in the District Hospital of Limpio, to know the characteristics and the perception of the actors involved for the identification of the problems related to the administration or management, processes, resources and users, allowing in this way to find the benefits, solutions and adequate improvements for the optimization of the hospital service.We hope that this work, elaborated with effort and dedication, transmits enough information for the society that longs for the improvement of the quality of life.
