In the era of globalization and high technology, it's highly significant to train competitive employers, improve them by the point of quality, taking into account the regional features of teaching, and carrying out large-scale work on the development of organizational and economic mechanisms in the hospitality industry. Tourism sector is one of the important spheres in our country and preparing highly qualified professionals means revealing best sides and positive features of Uzbekistan for travelers. While, there are a lot of resources, namely, wealthy history and architectural monuments, rich culture and gastronomy, different types of tourism developed, the big problem that is remaining without being solved is professional development of hotel staff and their skills and knowledge required by job.
