Phiri-Innocent Pangapanga is an Agricultural Economist who has vastly specialised in Policy Analysis, Project Appraisal and Evaluation, Resource Mobilization, Qualitative and Quantitative Research. Meanwhile, he is working with LSMS/ISA Team of the World Bank Devt Research Group based at National Statistical Office in Zomba, Malawi.
