In urban areas, the management of household waste is still a public health and ecological-environmental issue. Thus, this study presents the health and ecological-environmental issues presented by the problem of household waste in the municipality of Kadutu. In terms of perverse health effects, the problem of irrational management of household waste manifests itself in viro-environmental diseases (malaria, diarrhea, cholera, acute respiratory infections, etc.). And in terms of perverse ecological-environmental effects, the problem arises in terms of ecological-environmental degradation (soil, water, air pollution and erosion, etc.).
