He has practiced the combination of truth found in scripture, and the facts of mental science. Mr. Lacy has been serving in church ministry for about 20 years. He has also been in church leadership roles for over 30 years. He is an Elder in his local church in Rowlett, Texas, and has taught financial classes, lead financial seminars, and provided Family Financial Counselling for decades. He is a Master Certified Financial Coach, seasoned Personal Financial Analyst, Certified Debt Planner, and a retired Engineer.
