Joshua Agbo hails from Orokam district in Ogbadibo Local Government Area of Benue State. He attended St. Francis College, Otukpo. He later proceeded to the Benue State University, Makurdi where he studied Linguistics and graduated at the top of his class in 2008. He is a lecturer in the Department of Languages and Linguistics,BSU.
