This book seeks to identify how large Advertisers view Advertising Agencies in Blumenau/SC. Through a survey conducted with these large Advertisers, guided by a qualitative research script, the interviews aimed to answer some questions concerning the local advertising market, as well as their needs, criteria used to choose the Advertising Agencies, the importance of the awards won by them, the knowledge that the Advertiser has on the working process of the Agencies, the degree of satisfaction regarding the remuneration of these Agencies, their strong and weak points. We also sought to hear the point of view of Advertisers in relation to social networks, the creativity of Blumenau's Advertising Agencies and the notes for some services provided by Agencies that were listed to the interviewees. All interviews were face-to-face, recorded and analyzed later, where it was identified a good level of satisfaction on the part of Advertisers and some necessary improvements on the part of Agencies, highlighting the service professional and the low involvement of the Agency with the client's business.
