Secondary data has structure the objectives of this study, identifying what research is necessary to obtain the aim; to evaluate the influence of a music festival mobile app on potential festival-goers. The literature review outlines two key theme: mobile app development and their use in music festivals. To understand the development it was necessary firstly to explore the usability of mobile phone experience as well as understand the industry development by providing the overview and to analyze whether music festival mobile apps impact on festival-goers experience.
