Biblical and Clinical Tools for Optimal Mental Health This concise and practical guide packs a powerful punch, offering simple strategies for living liberated, healthy, and wholesome lives for anyone seeking spiritual growth and those who wish to reach their highest potential. "If you ever desired scriptural foundations in substantiating your counseling or coaching questions, the manual: How Do I Get There From Here, will provide a user friendly guide. As a minister, consultant and Professional Life Coach, I will recommend to clients as a step by step guide." -The Reverend Dr. Lillie Madison Jones "As a counselor and life coach, Elizabeth Bridges has a God-given ability to think sharply and speak cogently. This gives her the right-of-passage into the reader's heart. She is old-school and new-school in one which qualifies this inspiring book to speak to both generations. Her down to earthness, along with the uniqueness and simplicity of her illustrations will make this book a must to read." -Dr. James P. Jones Shield of Faith Ministries, High Point, N.C.
